Seacole Healthcare is managed by directors who are mental health nurses by profession with more than 15 years post qualification experience.

They have vast experience working within NHS and private mental health services and have taken part in numerous service reviews with Royal College of Psychiatrists and have been instrumental in preparing services for CQC inspections.
Also managed different mental health services that include, forensic secure units, acquired brain injury services, rehabilitation/complex care, acute admission, PICU, specialised DBT ward, learning disabilities and CAMHS unit. Trained in prevention and management of violence and aggression and other specialized therapeutic intervention namely dialectical behavioural therapy.
They are driven by their passion to empower and integrate mental health service users into the community.

Our supporting staff have experience working with individuals with either mental health or learning disabilities or dually diagnosed individuals. Staff have completed all mandatory training for healthcare workers and include Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression.
